Refund policy

 

All refunds/exchanges have to be made within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at info@mstxmade.com and include your order number to initiate the refund/exchange process. 

This is still a small operation, but we're always looking for the most convenient customer experience. If for any reason any of the items are not satisfactory, we will issue a full refund for that item. No questions asked. Due to the logistics involved with the return process, you can keep the item if you wish, or you can ship it back to us for a flat shipping fee of 10.00 USD. 

If you wish to exchange for a different size, please reach out at info@mstxmade.com and we will get the new size shipped out if available.
